Return conditions and procedure

Before any return, it must be announced by e-mail to hello@camillerausis.ch with the reason for the return.

Return conditions accepted

• Goods not conforming to the order (incorrect size, model (with or without illustration) or color (gray or green))
• Damaged merchandise (supporting photo)

Return costs

• At the customer's expense

Return period

• 14 days after receipt
